Savory bacon, tender chicken, and fresh veggies create pure bliss!
Ingredients
9 slices Bacon (cut in half)
1 cup Chopped Cooked Chicken
2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add a muffin tin turned upside down onto a sheet pan.
Place a half slice of bacon across each cup of the muffin tin.
Wrap two more half slices of bacon around the sides and bottom of each cup of the muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the romaine, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing, and chicken to a mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
Fill the bacon cups with the mixture and serve.
