This pizza combines savory ranch, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and melty cheese.
Ingredients
1 recipe Coconut Flour Pizza Crust OR other crust of your choice
1/3 cup ranch dip (recipe follows)
1 cup cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/4 cup cooked bacon
Ranch Dip Recipe: 1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare the coconut flour pizza crust and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the crust on a parchment-lined cookie sheet or pizza pan for 10 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, and salt in a bowl to make the ranch sauce. Whisk until mixed well.
Spread the ranch on the parbaked crust. Sprinkle with cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and bacon.
Bake the pizza in the hot oven for an additional 5-10 minutes. The cheese should be melted and golden brown on the edges.
