Crispy, cheesy, and bursting with ranch flavor — these keto taquitos are filled with seasoned chicken, bacon, and a creamy ranch mixture for the ultimate handheld low-carb snack or meal!


Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for ranch flavor)
2 tbsp crumbled cooked bacon
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (ensure it’s sugar-free)
8–10 large low-carb tortillas
Oil for frying (or use baking/air fryer method)
Optional: sliced green onions or extra ranch drizzle for serving


Instructions

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
Add cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until thick and fully mixed (you should be able to roll it!)
Lay out each low-carb tortilla and spoon a line of filling down the center.
Roll up tightly like a burrito and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat your oven or air fryer.
Fry or bake taquitos until golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes per side if fried, or 12–15 mins at 400°F / 200°C if baked).
Serve warm with a drizzle of ranch or alongside guacamole or salsa.
