Description

Crispy, cheesy, and packed with chicken and smoky bacon—these low-carb taquitos hit the spot!


Ingredients

🧀 6 slices mozzarella cheese
🍗 1 ½ cups shredded or grilled chicken, cooked
🥓 ¼ cup chopped cooked bacon (about 2–3 slices)
🥗 1 tbsp low-carb ranch dressing
🌿 1 tsp chopped green onion


Instructions

In a bowl, mix the chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat.

Place the mozzarella slices on the baking sheet, spacing them so they don’t touch.

Bake for 5–7 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let them cool for about a minute—just until they’re cool enough to handle but still soft.

Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture to the edge of each cheese slice and roll tightly, placing the seam side down.
