Tangy, creamy, and slightly sweet — this keto cranberry white cheddar dip is the perfect appetizer or snack for holiday parties, game day, or a cozy afternoon treat!


Ingredients

8 oz softened cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese for dairy-free)
4 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or fresh cranberries (blended into a paste)
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (to balance richness)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Optional: 2 tbsp heavy cream or Greek yogurt for smoother texture
Optional mix-ins: finely chopped pecans, green onions, or chives
FOR KETO VERSION:
Use unsweetened dried cranberries (check label), or blend fresh cranberries with a bit of powdered erythritol to taste. Avoid sugary cheeses or thickeners with carbs.


Instructions

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add white cheddar cheese , unsweetened cranberries , lemon juice , garlic powder , salt, and pepper.
Mix well using a hand mixer or spatula until thick and combined.
Optional: Fold in heavy cream or Greek yogurt for extra silkiness.
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Serve with low-carb crackers , cucumber slices , celery sticks , or as a spread on keto bread.
Garnish with chopped pecans or chives if desired.

Notes
