Crispy, golden, and filled with seasoned shredded chicken — these baked flautas are low-carb, easy to make, and totally delicious without the fryer!
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
10 low-carb or almond flour tortillas
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place a spoonful of chicken in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly into a cylinder.
Place rolled flautas on the baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with oil for crispiness.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, then flip and bake another 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa verde for dipping.
