Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
¼ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
1 egg (for binding)
For the Toppings:
½ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup sliced pepperoni or veggies of choice
Fresh basil or oregano
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add egg, olive oil, and water/milk. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper or wax paper.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or template to cut out your pizza shape.
Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
Flip crust over and top with marinara sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
Bake for another 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
