Ingredients

🧀 1.75 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
🧀 1 oz Cream Cheese
🌰 1.25 cups Almond Flour
🧂 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
🥚 1 Large Egg
🌶️ 3 Jalapenos, diced
🧀 7 tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened
🥓 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese, heating in 30-second intervals until melted. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and egg until combined. Divide dough into 20 portions. Flatten each, add filling of cream cheese, jalapenos, and bacon, then seal. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
