Ingredients

🍗 4 chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🥑 1 tablespoon avocado oil
🧀 6 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
🌶️ 1 jalapeno (minced)
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar (divided)
🥓 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
🌶️ Sliced jalapeno (for serving)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness; season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat; add oil.
4. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
5. Mix cream cheese, jalapeno, garlic, and ½ cup cheddar until combined.
6. Spoon mixture over chicken; sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
7. Bake for 10 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
8. Remove from oven; top with crumbled bacon and sliced jalapeno.
