Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
1 ½ pounds Ribeye Steaks, sliced thin
8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
½ pound White American Cheese, sliced
½ White onion, sliced thin
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Heat avocado oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add steak, sear on each side, season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium, add vegetables and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Return steak to skillet, mix with vegetables.
5. Layer cheese on top, broil until melted and browned.
6. Serve and enjoy!
