Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🧀 3 Mozzarella string cheese sticks (cut in half)
🧀 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
🧀 2 ounces softened cream cheese
🧁 1 cup almond flour
🥚 1 large egg
🧂 1 teaspoon baking powder
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍕 36 slices of pepperoni


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese, heating in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between. Mix the melted cheese with almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt until combined. Form the dough into 6 balls, flatten them, and place a cheese stick and 6 pepperoni slices in the center. Fold the dough over the filling, shaping into rolls. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
