Ingredients

🌶️ 1 pound Natural Italian Sausage
🌶️ 8 ounces Chorizo
🌶️ 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
🌶️ 2 tsp Minced Garlic
🌶️ 1 tsp Onion Powder
🌶️ 1/4 cup Canned Green Chiles, drained
🌶️ 1 cup Almond Milk
🌶️ 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
🌶️ 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese


Instructions

Add the Italian sausage and chorizo to a skillet over medium high heat. Sauté until the meat is completely browned and cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
Mix in the garlic, onion powder, and green chiles.
Pour in the almond milk, and stir to combine well.
Sprinkle in the cheese, and stir until completely melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
