Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups (120g) broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce (use tamari for gluten-free)
2 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp almond flour (as a thickener)
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
2. Sear beef until browned, then set aside.
3. Stir-fry veggies until tender-crisp.
4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
5. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
6. Combine beef, veggies, and sauce in the skillet.
7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
