Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp taco seasoning (ensure it’s sugar-free)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Optional: Crushed pork rinds for extra crunch
Optional add-ins: finely chopped jalapeños, crumbled cooked bacon, or green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Scoop small mounds of cheddar cheese onto the baking sheet (about 1–2 tbsp each).
Sprinkle almond flour , taco seasoning , garlic powder , and onion powder over each mound.
Optional: Mix in jalapeños , bacon , or green onions before baking for extra flavor and texture.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly around the edges.
Let cool completely on the pan — they’ll crisp up as they cool!
Serve warm with salsa , guacamole , or sour cream for dipping.
