Ingredients
 1 cup blanched almond flour (120g)
 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200g)
 1 teaspoon seasonings of choice (pepper, paprika, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix almond flour. Melt mozzarella in a microwave for 1-2 minutes. Combine melted cheese with almond flour to form a dough. Roll out between parchment paper to 1/6 inch thick. Cut into triangles and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely before serving.
