Ingredients

Ingredients :

🐄 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

🌮 1 packet taco seasoning

🍅 1/2 cup salsa or diced tomatoes (drained)

🧅 1/2 onion (chopped) – optional

🫘 1 can refried beans

🧀 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend)

🌯 4–6 flour tortillas

🌿 Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, jalapeños, olives


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

🍳 Cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain fat.

🌮 Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, simmer for 5 mins.

🧁 Grease a baking dish. Layer: tortilla → beans → meat → cheese. Repeat layers (2–3 times).

🧀 Finish with a layer of cheese on top.

⏱️ Bake 20–25 mins until hot and bubbly.

❄️ Let cool slightly, slice and serve with your fave toppings!
