Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta – A Comfort Food Mashup

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: diced pickles or green onions for topping


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Reduce heat and add milk and cheddar cheese; stir until smooth and creamy.

  5. Mix in cooked pasta and bacon until evenly coated.

  6. Top with optional pickles or green onions before serving.
