  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh basil or parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon the meat mixture into oven-safe bowls.

  5. Top each bowl with mozzarella, pepperoni, and bell peppers.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
