Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
12 mini slider buns
1 cup frozen mini tater tots
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese, quartered
½ cup shredded lettuce
12 pickle slices
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp mayo
Instructions
Bake tater tots according to package directions until golden and crispy.
In a bowl, season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form into 12 small slider patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Top each patty with cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
Toast slider buns lightly for added texture.
Assemble each slider: bottom bun, lettuce, patty with cheese, crispy tater tots, pickle, and a drizzle of ketchup-mustard-mayo sauce.
Add top bun and serve warm.
