Crispy tots stacked with juicy beef and melty cheese—so fun!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (16 oz) frozen tater tots
Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, diced onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake tater tots according to package until crispy.
While tots bake, cook ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
Once tots are done, place half on a tray as the “bottom buns.”
Top each with a spoonful of beef and a pinch of cheese.
Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts.
Add pickles or toppings, then press a second tot on top like a mini sandwich!
Serve warm with dipping sauces!
