Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
8 oz whole wheat or zucchini noodles
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 green onions, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Toss in the cooked noodles and green onions. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
Garnish with extra green onions before serving.
