Ingredients
Ingredients : 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
1 packet onion soup mix (like Lipton)
Salt & pepper to taste
Nonstick spray for baking dish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spray a 9×13” baking dish with nonstick spray.
In the dish, mix rice, both soups, and water/broth until combined.
Lay raw chicken over the rice mixture.
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly on top.
Cover tightly with foil — no peeking!
Bake 1 hour 30 mins (don’t lift the foil!).
Let rest 5–10 mins before serving.
