Ingredients :

🍗 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

🍚 1 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)

🍲 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

🥣 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

💧 1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth

🧅 1 packet onion soup mix (like Lipton)

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧁 Nonstick spray for baking dish


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

🧁 Spray a 9×13” baking dish with nonstick spray.

🍚 In the dish, mix rice, both soups, and water/broth until combined.

🍗 Lay raw chicken over the rice mixture.

🧅 Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly on top.

📦 Cover tightly with foil — no peeking!

⏱️ Bake 1 hour 30 mins (don’t lift the foil!).

❄️ Let rest 5–10 mins before serving.
