Parmesan Baked Pork Chops: Crispy, Juicy, and Packed with Flavor

Ingredients

• 4 thick pork chops • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese • ½ cup breadcrumbs • 2 eggs, beaten • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 tsp dried rosemary • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 3 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
  4. In shallow dish, whisk eggs and mustard
  5. Dip pork chops in egg mixture
  6. Coat with Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere
  7. Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet
  8. Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side until golden
  9. Transfer skillet to oven
  10. Bake 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F
  11. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley
