Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls: A Low-Carb, Keto-Friendly Twist on a Classic Favorite

Ingredients

Ingredients :
🥩 1 lb ribeye steak (or thinly sliced beef)
🧅 1 onion (chopped)
🌶️ 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped, optional)
🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)
🧀 1 1/2 cups provolone or mozzarella cheese (shredded)
🌮 10 egg roll wrappers
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🛢️ 2–3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

🍳 Sauté beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
🧅 In the same pan, cook onion (and bell pepper, if using) until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
🧀 Stir in the cooked beef and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
🌮 Place about 2 tbsp of the beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Top with a sprinkle of cheese.
🔄 Roll up tightly, folding in the sides, and seal the edges with a little water.
🛢️ Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
🍽️ Serve hot with dipping sauce (optional)!
