Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls: A Low-Carb, Keto-Friendly Twist on a Classic Favorite

Ingredients

Ingredients :
๐Ÿฅฉ 1 lb ribeye steak (or thinly sliced beef)
๐Ÿง… 1 onion (chopped)
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped, optional)
๐Ÿง„ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
๐Ÿง€ 1 1/2 cups provolone or mozzarella cheese (shredded)
๐ŸŒฎ 10 egg roll wrappers
๐Ÿง‚ Salt & pepper to taste
๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ 2โ€“3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

๐Ÿณ Sautรฉ beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
๐Ÿง… In the same pan, cook onion (and bell pepper, if using) until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
๐Ÿง€ Stir in the cooked beef and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
๐ŸŒฎ Place about 2 tbsp of the beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Top with a sprinkle of cheese.
๐Ÿ”„ Roll up tightly, folding in the sides, and seal the edges with a little water.
๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3โ€“4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Serve hot with dipping sauce (optional)!
