Philly Cheesesteak Pasta: A Comforting One-Pot Dinner With Big City Flavor

Ingredients

• 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced • 1 lb penne pasta • 1 green bell pepper, sliced • 1 red bell pepper, sliced • 1 large onion, sliced • 8 oz cream cheese • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt and pepper to taste • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Sauté steak slices until browned, remove and set aside
  4. In same skillet, add butter
  5. Sauté peppers and onions until tender
  6. Add garlic and cook 1 minute
  7. Stir in cream cheese until melted
  8. Add cooked pasta and steak back to skillet
  9. Toss everything together
  10. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
  11. Stir until cheese melts and coats pasta
  12. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  13. Garnish with fresh parsley
  14. Serve immediately
