Ingredients
• 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced • 1 lb penne pasta • 1 green bell pepper, sliced • 1 red bell pepper, sliced • 1 large onion, sliced • 8 oz cream cheese • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt and pepper to taste • Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Sauté steak slices until browned, remove and set aside
- In same skillet, add butter
- Sauté peppers and onions until tender
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute
- Stir in cream cheese until melted
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to skillet
- Toss everything together
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- Stir until cheese melts and coats pasta
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve immediately
