Ingredients
Ingredients : 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or steak strips)
1/2 green bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sauté steak in a skillet until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
Cook onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic until soft.
Add steak back in and mix with veggies. Season to taste.
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
Layer cheese, then the steak mixture down the center.
Fold sides over and pinch to seal.
Brush with egg wash and make a few slits on top.
Bake 20–25 mins until golden brown.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce if desired!
