Ingredients

Ingredients :

🥩 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or steak strips)

🌶️ 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced)

🧅 1/2 onion (sliced)

🍄 1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)

🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

🍞 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

🥚 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

🥩 Sauté steak in a skillet until just cooked. Remove and set aside.

🧅 Cook onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic until soft.

🔄 Add steak back in and mix with veggies. Season to taste.

🍞 Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.

🧀 Layer cheese, then the steak mixture down the center.

🔁 Fold sides over and pinch to seal.

🥚 Brush with egg wash and make a few slits on top.

⏱️ Bake 20–25 mins until golden brown.

🔪 Cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce if desired!
