Ingredients
2 cups biscuit mix (or use 1 cup almond flour + ¼ cup coconut flour + ½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt)
½ lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
¼ cup sliced bell peppers
¼ cup sliced yellow onion
2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking meat)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 oz cream cheese or goat cheese, softened
½ cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Optional: hot sauce or sugar-free steak sauce for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
If using homemade biscuit dough, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and 2–4 tbsp water/milk to form a soft dough.
In a skillet, cook steak, peppers, and onions in olive oil until browned and tender. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Fold in provolone or mozzarella cheese.
Roll out biscuit dough on parchment paper and cut into rounds. Flatten each slightly.
Spoon cheesesteak mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Fold over and seal the edges.
Place stuffed biscuits on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and firm.
Serve warm with a side of keto gravy or extra hot sauce if desired.
