Cute, creative, and packed with protein — these fun pig-shaped eggs are perfect for Easter, kids’ meals, or a playful brunch idea that’s easy to make and totally adorable!


Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (for sticking)
Paprika or beet powder (for nose color)
Olives or raisins (for eyes)
Optional: bell pepper slices or spinach for ears and tail


Instructions

Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Gently remove yolks and set aside.
Mix yolks with a bit of mayo or Greek yogurt until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into the center of each egg white half.
Use a toothpick to apply a small dot of paprika or beet powder to one end of each egg for the snout.
Press an olive or raisin into the snout area for the nose.
Optional: Cut tiny pieces from bell pepper or spinach for ears and tail. Stick into place with a dab of yolk mix.
Arrange your piggy eggs on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
