Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury flaky biscuits (8 count)
1/2 cup melted garlic butter (mix butter + minced garlic or garlic powder)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Separate each biscuit and flatten into a round disc.
Brush each round with garlic butter, sprinkle with cheese (and herbs if using).
Fold the biscuit back up, twist the edges to seal, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 mins until golden and puffed. Brush tops with extra garlic butter.
