Ingredients
16 oz (465 g) can of biscuit dough
Marinara sauce
Sliced pepperoni
8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons butter, for greasing
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
2. Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into circles.
3. Add marinara, pepperoni, and mozzarella to each circle.
4. Fold edges over filling and seal tightly.
5. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
6. Brush mixture on pizza bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
