Description

All the bold, tangy, cheesy Reuben flavor baked into one dish!

Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated crescent dough (or puff pastry)

½ lb sliced corned beef

1 cup sauerkraut, drained

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

¼ cup Thousand Island dressing

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: caraway seeds for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment.

Roll out crescent dough and press seams together to form a rectangle.

Spread dressing over the dough, leaving ½-inch border.

Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly.

Fold sides over and pinch to seal like a log.

Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.

Bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool slightly, then slice and serve warm!
