Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 5 pounds leg of lamb
4 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut slits in the lamb and insert garlic slices.
3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
4. Place lamb in a roasting pan with rosemary.
5. Roast for 1¾ to 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C).
6. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
