Ingredients
• 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded • 4 cups stuffing cubes • 2 cups chicken broth • 1 cup sour cream • 1 cup cream of chicken soup • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • ½ cup butter, melted • 1 onion, diced • 2 celery stalks, diced • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tsp thyme • ½ tsp sage • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Grease 9×13 inch baking dish
- Sauté onion, celery, and garlic in butter
- Add herbs and cook 2 minutes
- Mix in stuffing cubes and chicken broth
- Let stand 5 minutes until stuffing absorbs liquid
- Stir in sour cream and cream of chicken soup
- Add chicken and half the cheese
- Transfer to baking dish
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
