Ingredients
1 pound pork sausage (original or hot)
8 ounces cream cheese (cut in cubes)
10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles (with juices)
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat until no pink remains, breaking the sausage up as it cooks. Drain the fat.
Stir in cream cheese and keep mixing until it melts and no lumps remain. Mix in can of diced tomatoes and heat until warm and bubbly.
Take off of heat and stir in the cheese.
Serve immediately with bell peppers or homemade low carb tortilla chips.
