1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked & crumbled)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese (softened)
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a skillet, cook sausage until browned, then mix with cream cheese
Spread sausage mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish
Top with tater tots, then sprinkle with shredded cheese
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour over casserole
Bake for 45–50 minutes or until set and golden
Let cool slightly, then serve hot and cheesy!
