Ingredients

🍳 1 lb Ground Italian sausage
🧀 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
🥚 8 large Eggs
🥛 1/4 cup Heavy cream (or any milk of choice)
🧂 3/4 tsp Sea salt
🌶️ 1/2 tsp Black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage for 8-10 minutes until browned.
3. Line a muffin tin with 12 parchment or silicone liners.
4. Divide the sausage among the muffin cups and sprinkle cheese on top.
5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set.
