8–10 egg roll wrappers 🥚

2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing + extra for dipping 🍶

Oil for frying 🛢️


Instructions

Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese & dressing in a bowl 🥄

Lay out egg roll wrappers, fill & roll tightly like a burrito 🌯

Heat oil to 350°F and fry rolls 2–3 mins per side until golden 🔥

Drain on paper towels 🧻

Serve hot with Thousand Island dressing 😋
