1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup cooked crab meat or imitation crab, chopped

1/3 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Add cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, bell pepper, and onion; toss gently to coat.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
