Ingredients
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 8 oz lo mein noodles
• 2 cups snap peas
• 1 cup carrot strips
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• ¼ cup cilantro leaves
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant
Add shrimp and cook until pink
Toss in vegetables and cook 2 minutes
Add noodles and sauces, mix well
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro
