πŸ§€ 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

πŸ§€ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🌿 Fresh basil or parsley (optional for garnish)


Instructions

🍳 Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

πŸ… Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.

🍝 Add uncooked lasagna noodle pieces, stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
