🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🌿 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

🧀 Optional: grated Parmesan for topping


Instructions

🔥 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

🧅 Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant (about 2 mins).

🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until browned (5–6 mins).

🥒 Add zucchini and seasonings, cook 4–5 mins until tender.

🧂 Adjust seasoning, sprinkle with cheese if desired.

🍽️ Serve warm as a side or light main dish.
