🧀 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

🧀 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

🥩 1 cup corned beef (chopped or shredded)

🍅 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)

🍶 1/4 cup thousand island dressing

🧂 1/2 tsp garlic powder

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🍞 Rye crackers or bread for dipping


Instructions

🧀 In the slow cooker, combine cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

🍲 Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.

🍞 Serve with rye crackers, pita chips, or slices of bread for dipping.
