Ingredients : 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup corned beef (chopped or shredded)
1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Rye crackers or bread for dipping
Instructions
In the slow cooker, combine cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serve with rye crackers, pita chips, or slices of bread for dipping.
