1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes 🍅
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth 🍗🥬
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini 🧀
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half 🥛
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Optional: fresh basil for garnish 🌿

Instructions

Add tomatoes, broth, onion, garlic & seasonings to slow cooker 🥣
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours ⏲️
Stir in tortellini, cream, and Parmesan during last 30 mins 🧀
Cook until tortellini is tender 🍲
Garnish with basil and serve hot 😋
