Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini ๐Ÿง€
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half ๐Ÿฅ›
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€
Optional: fresh basil for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions

Add tomatoes, broth, onion, garlic & seasonings to slow cooker ๐Ÿฅฃ
Cook on low for 6โ€“7 hours or high for 3โ€“4 hours โฒ๏ธ
Stir in tortellini, cream, and Parmesan during last 30 mins ๐Ÿง€
Cook until tortellini is tender ๐Ÿฒ
Garnish with basil and serve hot ๐Ÿ˜‹
