🧀 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided), 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2 eggs, 2 cups blanched almond flour, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 4 tablespoons butter and cheese in a bowl for 20 seconds. Mix well. Add eggs, almond flour, garlic, baking powder, salt, and paprika; fold to combine. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping into biscuits. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Enjoy warm!
