Ingredients
Ingredients : 8 oz egg noodles (cooked & drained)
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions or chives (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown ground beef with garlic, season with salt & pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 mins.
In a bowl, mix cooked noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and green onions.
Layer half of the noodle mix in a greased baking dish, then half the meat sauce. Repeat.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 20–25 mins until bubbly and golden.
Let sit 5 mins before serving.
