Ingredients

Ingredients :

🍝 8 oz egg noodles (cooked & drained)

🐄 1 lb ground beef

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)

🍅 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧀 1 cup cottage cheese

🍶 1 cup sour cream

🧅 1/4 cup green onions or chives (chopped)

🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

🍳 Brown ground beef with garlic, season with salt & pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 mins.

🍜 In a bowl, mix cooked noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and green onions.

🧁 Layer half of the noodle mix in a greased baking dish, then half the meat sauce. Repeat.

🧀 Top with shredded cheese.

⏱️ Bake 20–25 mins until bubbly and golden.

❄️ Let sit 5 mins before serving.
