Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Bites

Ingredients

• 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1″ cubes
• 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
• Salt & black pepper

For the sauce:
• ¼ cup honey
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp sriracha or red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
• 1 tsp sesame oil

Garnish (optional):
• Sesame seeds
• Sliced green onions


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5–6 min, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal). Remove and set aside.
  2. Make sauce: In same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic; cook 30 sec until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Simmer 2–3 min until slightly thickened.
  3. Return chicken to pan. Toss to coat in sauce; cook 1–2 min until glossy and sticky.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in sesame oil.
  5. Serve immediately over rice, quinoa, or noodles—or enjoy as an appetizer! Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
