INGREDIENTS: 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)
1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
Sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
2. Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger.
4. Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Drizzle sauce over cauliflower, toss gently, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, and lime wedges before serving.
