2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked & cooled) 🍝

1 cup mayonnaise 🥄

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 🥛

2 tbsp vinegar 🍶

2 tbsp sugar 🍬

1/2 cup diced carrots 🥕

1/2 cup diced celery 🌿

1/4 cup diced red onion 🧅

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂


Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, condensed milk, vinegar, and sugar 🥄

Add cooked macaroni, veggies, salt & pepper 🍝

Stir gently until well mixed 🌀

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving ❄️

Stir again & enjoy cold! 😋
