Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust in a pie dish. Layer in turkey bacon, cheese, onion, and spinach (if using).
Pour egg mixture over the top, spreading evenly.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until center is set and top is golden.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
