All the juicy, cheesy, smoky flavors of a burger in cozy meatloaf form!
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup diced onion
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 eggs
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Extra ketchup and mustard for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, bacon, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined—don’t overmix.
Shape into a loaf in the prepared pan.
Spread extra ketchup and mustard on top (optional).
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
